How I can put a message with the name of the server?

What is the name of the file where I can to put (draw) the name of the server so when I connect to, the first thing that appears was the name of the server?

/etc/copyright contains the file that appears just after you log in. I don't know what the file is that appears for your login prompt.

If you are connecting via telnet the file to edit is: /etc/default/telnetd
This file contains what should be printed when you connect. Example contents could be:
BANNER="\n\t*** Welcome to `uname -i` ***\n\n"

This would the print something like:
joneni@uslonco2> telnet uslonco5

Connected to uslonco5.
Escape character is '^]'.

*** Welcome to uslonco5 ***

/etc/motd = "Message of the day" displays a message to
users after they login (also telnet)

/etc/copyright = Displays the copyright information for
the OS
