how I can create more aux in CM & CMS

Hi
I am running version R15 in CMS. I am trying to enable in CM to have more AUX codes. when I enable Two-digit aux work Reason codes in CM ; Aux codes disappears in phones and CMS ; I have to disable this back ; in order to get working again to single digits aux code. Any issues
