How i can connect to internet

Hi all,

I have a Home-PC with in-build modem. Now i took the DSL
connection which is coming with external ISDN Modem.
Now from this external Modem i can not give the input
to my inbuild modem. I don't know i have already ethernet
card or not. Please guide me, what should i check, and what
i have to do in order to connect with internet.
