How hard would it be to convert from Access97 to Oracle?

I have been recently given Access 97 databases to manage (It is used as an exectuable) and have been wondering how hard it would be to convert this database into Oracle. Any one having any suggestions on how to do this or where I can look to see some of the issues that arise when doing this I would greatly appreciate the information.
