Depends on if any Cisco Gear is invloved really. No good if running a legacy system, but may be of use on a Cisco network,. However, depends on size of biz as well.
In a large corp, you will have Voice techs and Data techs. Although it may help to understand what they are on about, chances are they (data) won't let you touch the network. In a smaller comany, you may have the jack-of-all-trades where it may be of more use.
So in short, depends on what you will be working on....
Only the truly stupid believe they know everything.

I personally think it would be very benifical for you.At least then you get the whole VoIP picture with also the benefit of knowing HOW to set up the WHOLE network, how to troubleshoot the WHOLE network.
One thing though it's not an easy course to pass!
very beneficial, as yeahbutno says if your working with Cisco unifed call manager (VoIP) a ccna will help you to understand how the voice travels over the data.
i plan to start working on mine in the next few weeks.
i been working with Cisco VoIP for 5 years as an admin and It always help to atleast understand the basics of how the network transports the data.
