how get RC and AN code log on output calls in TDA100D pbx

hi everybody.
I have a panasonic TDA100D pbx . my device send RC and AN log for input calls but it doesnt send RC and AN logs for outputs calls.
I connect to pbx by rs232 port.
I hear about CTI option as CTI could solve my problem.
but I dont know what is CTI and could CTI help me.

Have you checked maintenance SMDR options

Make sure outgoing is set to print
