how find out what a user is doing in a windows nt network?

If we want to know what a particular user is doing in a windows nt and display the task he is running like if he is copying files from other users then can he can it display copying like that can any help me on this.

That would be a fairly major undertaking with VBA. There are plenty of inexpensive software packages designed to do the job (I wrote one, but I don't know why). It would be far easier and, in the end, less expensive for you to go that route rather than trying to roll your own "home-grown" solution.
