How does voicemail work?

You will need to create a virtual extension (tick within station parameters) and set this as an Auto Attendent within your mailbox Auxiliary Equipment\IVM\Parameter\COS. Then you can select the Auto Attendant within the additional settings in the IVM tab. From here you should be able to program it.
