How does the "0" option in Audix work?

When you press "0" in Audix LX it transfers to the operator. I would like to change the routing. Where in Audix can I change the configurations?

change system features", "covering extension" I beleive.

You can also override the "system wide" setting on a per subscriber basis, on each subscribers form...
