How does the IP softphone setup work?

Customer:
"I downloaded IP2050 but it expired after 30 days".

So my question is, if you have to purchase a key code for the BCM does this mean you need one for the software also?

Actualy I find google finds things on nortel site better the nortel finds it's own stuff....could be same here lol.

I can relate on the Nortel site.

Expires after 30 days.
You need to purchase from Nortel now.
I thought it was a nice touch when this software was free, except of course for the client seat.
