If POP3 e-mail is only choice due to distance, even then how do we connect to GW server at our hq location? Are you saying TCP/IP = ISDN or T1?

Your GW poa's can also be set to Client/Server mode (VIA IP address) if you have remote access set up into your company, then all that is done is for the remote users to set DUN
