How does SWCA really work?

Hi folks:

I'm reading technical documentation about BCM50 Rls. 3 and I cannot understand how does SWCA work?
When can I use it?
what do I need?

I'm a mess, please give me a hand.

They're basically Call Park keys. You can Park a call as normal or just touch the button while your on a call. It allows the call to be parked on many DNs.

It allows a PRI call to act like a POTS call, so that everyone sees it on the same button. You can also use a code to grab the call on Park the longest without guessing.
