Hi folks!

I'm having an issue with a customer using SCPW, it doesn't record the dialed number in the redial list.

Do you have an idea if this is normal?

First of all, I would like to know how SCPW works, in order to have a better idea.

Regards and thanks in advance.

scpw is station control password, allows them to change certain parameters in ld 15 from a phone. are you sure that's what you meant?

I am a little confused about the issue. My understanding of "SCPW" is that it's the Station Control Password, which is used for electronic lock, remote call forward and virtual office log-in password for IP Phones. You may want to look and your admin NTP. LD 15 for "SCPL", this determines the length of the SCPW field.
