I have a mysql database with over 50 tables and many indices. One of the tables; studentinfo, has become corrupted somehow... possibly due to a space problem during backups early this morning (4am). The corresponding studentinfo.MYD file will not open in phpMyAdmin nor in mysql executable nor with mysqldump.

HELP! I run a school using that database and must have that table back. Backups on the database have not been done for some time due to turn-over of support personnel and data lost will be significant if recovery cannot be accomplished.
