Hi, I just had a question regarding port forwarding. My company has software which allows us to remotely access customer's computers to allow us to troubleshoot problems for them and cut down on support time benefiting both them and us.
My question is how do you configure your NT router to enable port forwarding? If anyone could type up a brief explination or even just throw up a website with any information it would be very appreciated.
