Hi recently one of our customers had setup a few x345/365 servers with some FC adapters for future use in connecting to a tape unit that's on a SAN. In order to get this rolling I need to obtain the WWID numbers for these cards. Since I am somewhat of a FC neophyte, is there a quick way to obtain this information (through an IBM tool or any other method)? Thanks.

Download this file from IBM and install the program on
the box. This is a program that queries the cards and
give you all the information about the cards including
the WWN's. '26r0625.zip'

Thanks Larry, but I didn't really want to go with the IBM util, since it is pretty big and don't want to have to install it on every box. I was looking at something like FCping.
