I have a report that I need to modify. It was developed by the vendor of our client software. I exported the report, made a very small change of increasing the width of one field. I tested it in CR, saved it and re-imported to the client. I then get the following error message;
Access violation at address 10229987 in module 'craxdrt.dll'. Read of address 0000001C
I contacted the vendor and for a fee they can correct the problem. I would like to understand what this dll does or is there a way that the vendor has some sort of permissions on this report? Thanks for any thoughts.
