I was wondering if C#.net or VB.net will work in MS Office. I know I could use VB in MS Office, but was not sure if .net languages would work.

Thanks for your time,
Paul

You can write native .NET assemblies for use with Office 2003. Earlier versions of Office will require you to write assemblies which have a COM-callable wrapper.
