It seems like a #9 transfer cannot be initiated through the Contact Server abcon control. I can use the PlaceCall method to do a "#8" transfer (all shows up correctly in the CDR). When I put #9, it sends back an error meaning invalid number. I tried using the TransferCall methold where I specify the CCT directly, but the CDR does not have a record with #9.
