How do you use open file agent with w2k agent?

Hey there,
Finally dumped Arcserve and got Backup Exec for Netware 9.0.
It is a far better product, I must say.

One problem, when my backup jobs jump over to the Windows 2000 backup agent, the job reports "Open File Option Not loaded". I'm using the Open File agent for Netware, what do I have to do to get open files on the w2k agent to back up?
