How do you trun off manual feed on a hp4000

I have a HP 4000 attached to one of my users machines and everytime he prints he has to puch the OK button on the printer. It appears to be sending all jobs in manual feed mode how do you remove this annoying feature.

Any error messages? Sounds like a config problem.Check the printer config and the driver config on the pc.

I'm having the same problems on a HP Laserjet 2100. The configuration page won't print out. I have also changed the drivers with no luck. This printer is on a network with 10 employees. All having same problem
