Is there anyway to track what Seagate users make copies/shortcuts of reports? On an administrative level, we would like to track what users perform this action. We are using Seagate 7.0.

Thanks.

Not sure about Info, but other users might know more about INFO admin stuff. If no one else answers, repost this Qx and mention INFO Admin in the subject line. Ken Hamady

Do you know of any other strategies besides using Info??? Tell me what you have in mind.

INFO is the only way that this MIGHT be possible, because there is an administrative layer and some security built in. The new version of INFO called ENTERPRISE, might have more features like this. However, from what little I have seen, I don't think it will do all of what you want. I don't know enough about INFO admin to tell you how much it can do. Ken Hamady
