What is the easiest way to communicate to your users -- as well as track for yourself! -- the changes you have made, when, what, how, by whom etc?
Is there a well-known form? How do you manage your changelog?
I am looking for low-tech, zero outlay solutions, but I am also curious how the "big boys" with unlimited budgets do it.
