How do you stop a path Ex:-1 from returning to call tree, and end up last extension in roll over, to voicemail box..
ext 100 to ext 101-to ext 102 then General mailbox .
Currently returns back to call tree..

i have the last extension mailbox setup and you can directly call it and leave message..
is this an AA setting.
Nortel Startalk 100 users..

Confused on your wording...

If your kicked back to the tree when calling a set from AA then maybe the mailbox is not created or initialized.
If your kicked back to the tree after not entering an option/path# then when you build a path then it ask's you what to do, go Home Disconnect call, other.
And in AA/Greeting there is "Return to AA", change it to yes or no.
