How do you share schedule with other users?

Can you share a schedule/activity with other users?

It seems that you can only assign one user but I would like my other users to view this activity without having to create the same activity for the multiple users.

I don't know if you have found an answer to this. . .

Is your ACT! database set up as a multi-user network version?

If "yes", then try this
- Go to the Calendar
- On the toolbar there should be a button that allows you to filter who can see what.
- Select "All Users"

You should now be able to see other people's scheduled activities.
