How Do you setup MS Exchange Server in a DMZ with Raptor???

I am trying to setup MS exchange 5.5 or 2000 in a DMZ with Symantec enterprise Firewall 7.0. I'm looking for any guide lines as to how to do this. For example, doesn't exchange need access to the domain controller for user access??
