How do you setup Auto 911 call terminal printout? 1

I have an Option 81C/CS-1000 system, and I used to get a printout on the terminal when someone would dial 911.
Does anyone know how to turn this feature back on?

do you have enhanced 911 set up? that gives you all 911 calls to the term and i want to say user on the tty has to be changed to add it to a term
