How do you set up TSP to work with OUTLOOK? 1

I've loaded tsp and the wave driver. I've configured a CTI port and associated it to a user. I've configured tsp on the PC with the correct user login and call manager subscriber addresses. I want to be able to call someone using outlook. What else am I missing?

Just remember it is not supported by TAC.

The procedure outline about works... sometimes. I have personally found it to be unreliable and a pain to try and support. I can understand why the TAC does not want to install it. We never did release anything like this beyond the IT department because it was just not stable enough.

That is strange. We rolled it out to about half the company. Haven't had an issue yet. Darn thing just works. It's a beautiful thing when you can dial from outlook.

It is nice to be able to do that. I have probably 100 users using it without any issues but I have also seen several users that just can't get it to work for no apparent reason.
