How do you set up events in Excel

I was reading an earlier post and saw that it is apparently possible to attach VBA code to events that occur on a worksheet (such as worksheet change event). I didn't know this was possible - I've always set up command buttons to get these things done. So I'm fishing around now trying to figure out what you do to actually set up this sort of thing and can't find anything. Can someone tell me how to get to these events?

Yes, events are cool. Many times I use a Data > Validation--LIST box and the Worksheet_Change event to control 'stuff.'

If you want to use events, please post in forum707 rather than here in the Office forum.
