How do you set up an AA on MM 3.0?

I've have mainly worked with Audix. Now, I have inherited an office that has MM 3.0, and they want to use an AA that will let callers dial by name or extension. I tried to find some information on the site as to how to do it, but I just couldn't find one specific one that will help me build an AA from scratch.

My advise would be to hire someone that knows how to set them up and have them train you. The caller application is easy when you see how it is done the first time or 2.
