How do you set up a "hot line" phone on Merlin II

I have a customer who wants to set up an analog phone on a Merlin II system that automatically dials a certain # when picked up. It will not work for any other calls, just autodialing the one #. Can this be done on this ancient beast? Thanks!

no hot line on a merlin 11, you can restrict to inside only , go to allow list put in the tele # ,program that station to allow list, then use personal speed list to dial that one # that you put in the allow to list then tell them to dial use #01

You can also buy a Hotline phone made by Viking that you would program in the phone a certain number when taken off hook
