When I open FrontPage it always goes to the "My Webs" folder. I'd like it to open on the folder and files I use the most often when using FrontPage. I am using version FrontPage 2002. Is there a way I can set a default so that when I click on File, Open - that it is already pointing to the directory I want open? -- Or, should I have put all my files into the My Webs folder? I maintain our department's internet site - I design the pages at my office, then ftp them to the server (which is downtown). Would I have better navigation if I put all these files into the My Webs directory? If I move them all, would it change the links? Thanks.

Hi ag5t,

Open your web, go to Options>>General>>look under Startup and select "Open last Web automatically when FrontPage starts.

This option won't necessarily open the most used web, but if this is the last web open, you will start there.

In terms of where you store the Web folder, I don't think this should have any bearing on the links unless they are local file links.

Hope I have been of some help,
Micheal
