How do you set the address for non deliverable email?

Our server has been traditionally configured to have non deliverable mail sent to the MD. He now wants me to field these emails, and forward them to the appropriate people (where the address has been mistyped etc). I cannot find anywhere to specify an address to send non delivered emails (including the body text)

The properties of the SMTP virual server - messages tab. Put your email address in the " Send copy of non delivery reports to".

I have had the same problem, and have done this, but it will only deliver the reports, and not the body of the undelivered e mail.
