How do you set permissions for multiple objects at the same time?

Hello,

In the 'Users and Group Permissions' window, if I select more than one table at a time, the Permissions become grayed out. Is there a way to select all of the tables at once and set the permissions for that group? I'm trying to avoid going in and setting each permission for each for table/form/etc for each user group.
