How do you send a call to voice mail if all agents are unavailable

I was wondering if there was any way to send a caller to a voice mail box if there are no agents available. Agents will always be logged in, but at times if no agents are available I would like to direct them to voice mail rather than having them wait in the queue forever.
 
add a couple of steps in the vector that look something like this:

goto step XX if avaliable agents in skill 2 = 0

XX. messageing skill XX for extension XXXX

Messaging skill is you vm hunt group and extension is the vm box.

RTMckee is right. You can even choose if you want to check availible or staffed agents. Depends on what you want
 
They are both right. Beware that you must then create a message waiting button for that voicemailbox on an extension or change the defaulft message waiting led on the extension into the voicemail extension you chose.

Otherwise you won't know when the caller left a message. Plan your work............Work your plan
