how do you send a call to the general delivery mailbox

Hi All.

I have an NS700 Panasonic, and for some reason, after I have the phone ring at the receptionist, I want the call to go to the general delivery mailbox.

I have gone through the documentation, but can't seem to find how to do this.

Can anyone tell me how to do it?

The receptionist phone number or group the call rigs will have to be made the mailbox owner. Don't see any reason it cant be any mailbox there is no teal difference

I agree... but I have no idea why they don't want the receptionist mailbox as the genral delivery.
I think my tech's are kinda ... no nice way to say it... (bad word)...

So instead of talking for 5 minutes, they go "ok I'll get the system programmer to change it... and walk out the door leaving the trouble for me.

So when I go back to work, I'LL talk with them...
