how do you see whats going out

I got the GFIWebminitor and I am able to see whats being visited and downloaded realtime..
but is there anything in ISA where I can see what going out?
I know one of our PCs send X-Ray images to a server in another site via the ISA and the internet but I don't see when it's being done.
Also while I'm at it . is there anything in ISA where I can view the status of the whole T1, eg percentage of bandwith being used.
