How do you save a file instead of IE opening it?

I want to save .csv files out to my desktop but Internet explorer opens them instead.

How do I change this?

Right-click the link to the file, select Save Target As.....

Although I am not familiar w/macs, couldn't you let IE load the page and then save using IE?
