Hello, the problem is on our spell by name AA, a users name comes up twice. After spelling out the last name, system prompt is press 1 for user A, press 2 for user A.
When you press 1, you get an invalid extension notice. When you press 2 it transfers correctly.
I believe the first name recording is from an old remote office on the system. That remote machine name has since been blown away. Any one know of a way to remove the old remote name recording so the users name only comes up once?
