How do you remove an SRG keycode on a BCM50r6

How can I remove the SRG keycode on a BCM50. If a level 2 reset will remove all keycodes, how is this done?

I don't think it's possible. you could try a level 2 reset?

You would have to do a level reset then have the KRS avaya peope remove the auth codes from the KRS so you can add regular BCM 50 codes.

The existing BCM/SRG is functioning however the system to which is is currently registered is being retired. That said, we would like to keep the almost new BCM as a stand alone system. If the level 2 reset does indeed remove the keycodes, then I should be able to just add the first base keycode back onto the system and not install the second SRG keycode. Does this make sense?

It depends on the licence file you have generated.

If you have a copy off the licienc before srg was generated the you could apply this.

Do a factory restore in backup.restore
The apply the first licence file if you have it

If that doesn't work then do a level 2 reset
