Ok, here is what I got. I installed Red Hat FC3 on a low end computer and made it my syslog server (first time). I see that the machine is recieving messages from my devices. Is it possible to view these messages from a remote machine, such as Windows XP? Lemme know......

Use Putty to SSH onto your syslog server. Then run tail -f <logfilename>

Any help?

Is there any program out there I could use that would show detail graphs and reports?

Examlog?
It does depend on what you are logging though. For network devices your best bet is to set up SNMP on your box and poll the devices, then use MRTG to graph them. For firewalls et al, the examlog would do but I think there is another package - can't think of the name now. For proxies, e.g. Squid, calamari was good but I think that's dead now.

Help?
