Good afternoon. I've been tasked with pulling a dialplan and config from an Ericsson MD110 switch. I am able to access the DNA server via remote desktop, I just need to know how to pull system info from the MD110 into either txt files or excel files. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for your reply. Is this through Extension Manager or it looks maybe like a telnet session?

you can do these commands via TTY mode in DNA.
you can't copy the results from DNA
but there are logfiles located in the DNA_C folder (or DNA_S if you are working from the DNA server)

look under SITE1\EMG\LOG, you need the FDBKx.log file where X is the day of the month you issued the commands.
