Hello -

Thanks in advance for your help. In this report

I have placed 'Current Closed Tickets' field that produces a count for each analyst at the far left, For that field, a 'Running Total Field' was used with a formula. The field to Summarise is 'CallLog.CallStatus', the type of summary is 'Count' and it's on a change of Group, which is 'Calllog.Tracker'

That formula is:

count ({CallLog.CallStatus}) <> 0 and({CallLog.CallStatus}) = "closed"

My question is: How would a total count be produced at the time this report is ran. Meaning, in the morning when it's ran the total would be less than if ran at 4:00 pm. Is there a simple formula for producing the Total Count?

Thank you.

G.

In the crystal report go to file menu on the top--> insert--> summary--> choose a field to summarized, in calculate, change to count or district count from dropdown list and insert that into header or footer of your report or where ever you want it.
