How do you print only the tasklist from the calender in GW

The staff at the office uses the tasks in the calender application all the time. For the management it's very easy to look at the tasks from these employees if these tasks are printed on paper. Is it possible to print only the tasks, so not the reminders or the appointments om that day? Out version of GW is 5.5.

This way it is also possible that employees can show a list of all the work they did during the last week or month.

I'm not sure about 5.5 but from 5.5ep go to your calendar view. Choose 'Print Calendar', click the content tab, then you can uncheck Appointments & Notes and check Tasks. That should give you what you want. If you don't have that option there might be a C3PO written to do it. Check at:

I already did this but then I see an empty calender (a calender without the appointments) and an empty notes book.But i want to see no calender and no note book at all.

Choose 'Print Calendar', then the tab "Form" there is a Type called 'List'. When you choose it there is a box titled 'Available Forms', in that box is "Note List" which might be what you are looking for.
