I have CUCM 8.6. I am trying to prefix the missed calls with 86 when it is a local call and 88 when it is a long distance call.
I have tried to set this up on the device pool under the "Incoming Calling Party Settings" by changing the prefix values and nothing seems to be happening. ( I have saved the settings and reset) I am using National for long distance and the Unknown Number and Subscriber Number as the local prefix value.
What am I missing? Is there somewhere else that I should be doing this?
