Hi - Beginner here - I have added a new column to my Access table and now I need to populate the entire column with the character "1" in each cell of the column. When I select all of the cells or the column and paste . . . it only pastes the first cell and leaves the rest blank. If anyone can tell me the formula/procedure I need in order to paste a same-text column I'd really appreciate it. --Retropost

set the textbox's recordsource as
= "1"

fyi, you could also get that 1 in there within
the query.
select blahblah.., '1' as onecolumn, blahblah
from blah....
