How do you move whole blocks of Cells?

Using the layout format I have made a bunch of cells lined up next to each other with text in them. Is there anyway I can select a whole block of cells in order to move all of the cells together as a group?

I am trying to insert data in between cells and still keep everything evenly spaced.

if you move the cursor to the top of the cells you should be able to cut/copy and paste it anywhere.

For a little more control select what you want in the layout view then look at the highlited code. then move this code.
