I installed Windows 2000 on a computer and set it up for two users. I signed on as user1 and installed Office 2000 and set up the Internet connection and made desktop shortcuts to Excel and Word. I then signed on as user2. Office does not show to be installed and the same goes for Internet access. Is there a way that I can make the applications installed for user1 available to user2 without having to reinstall them?

Install the applications as Administrator. Then in the security tab of the program properties set who you want to have access. James Collins

You can log on as Administrator or one of the user's. Insatll all programs, set up your printers and create your shortcuts.
Then right click My computer click on properties.
Click the user profile tab.
Find who you are loged on as, highlight that user.
Click copy to.
Browse to C:\Documents and Settings.
Highlight default user click OK twice.
Click on the yes button.
Now everyone that logs on will have the same stuff.
