I created a file called message1. What is the command syntax to mail the file to a local user called anna?

How do you mail a file to a local user in Solaris 8?

Thanks, I tried that but then I switch users to that user and they do not have any mail when I type mailx or mail. Then after five minutes, I get this error message that sendmail failed to send the message.

And check you have sendmail daemon running
