IT SOUNDS KINDA SLOW BUT I'VE GOT SERIOUS PROBS WITH MY PC AND WAS WONDERING THE EASIEST WAY TO LOAD DRIVERS WITH NO INTERNET OR FLOPPY,OR CD

When you build in the problems like that you get limited possibilities.
Either download them to another machine with access and network them across or use a memory disk in a USB port.
But these possibilities are dependent on what OS you are running.

Give the wrong symptoms, get the wrong solutions.

Or, if you have the capabilities:
put your drive in another machine (with internet access) as a slave put the files on it and then reinstall in your machine.

Like Ed said, you can transfer the file from another computer in one of several ways:

1) Network - Often the quickest option if it's already setup. We realize you don't have an internet connection, but you could have setup a basic LAN connection.

2) USB Flash Drive - Another easy solution, but you need to be aware that only Windows XP or Vista has the ability to read most flash drives without needing you to manually install a driver. Windows 2000 and earlier, for example, often need you to install a driver before it can read the USB drive.

3) USB Floppy Drive - Go out and buy yourself one. They're not that expensive and every BIOS (from the last 5 years) will be able to detect it at startup. Windows won't have any problems either.
